Dance into Ecstasy

कस्मिंश्चित् पुस्तके बहु पूर्वमेव लिखितवान् एकदा अहम् ते कालद्वीपीयजना बहिर्योनि सर्वरात्र नृत्यन्ति | अदश्च नर्तनम् तेषाम् कुण्डलिनीम् जागरयति | तदनन्तरम् च ते समाधावन्तर् गमिष्यन्तीति | प्रतिभात्यपि नर्तनस्य अन्यं रूपं दृष्टम्  सुफ़ी-मौसुलैः क्रियते | तेऽपि स्वनृत्यम् मध्ये परिचपलभ्रमणात् समाधावन्तर् गच्छन्तीति ||

I once read long ago in some book,"these African people dance all through the night outside the fire place, and this dance caused the awakening of their kundalini. After they will go into a kind of trance."  It also appears another form of dance is seen done by the Sufi Muslims and they also go into a kind of trance from the always moving about rotation within their own dance.
